Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your booking. Below is our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Guidelines

  • If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling of the appointment, based on your preference.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Same-day cancellations are allowed without any penalty if made at least 2 hours before the appointment time.

Refund Process

For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to the original payment method. If you encounter any delays, please contact our support team.

Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule instead of canceling, please inform us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
